The International Desk is responsible for handling all matters concerning non-Egyptian patients.

• Receive patient medical records  
• Communicate medical procedure information, estimated cost, and estimated duration of hospitalization  
• Arrange transportation of the patient to and from the airport via car or ambulance
• Book an appointment with a doctor or reserve an in-patient room  
• Reserve hotels and apartments  
• Monitor patients during their hospital stay  
• Communicate with family, companies and/or embassies  
• Arrange entertainment packages in Egypt

FIRST CARE is working with a wide range of Egyptian as well as foreign insurance companies, and provides all the necessary documents and medical reports for any insurance company
