1. In- patient health center services

Admission in three different levels of rooms, all well furnished with the medical beds, air condition, fridge, TV, as well as admission in the Intensive Care Unit (I.C.U) for different medical reasons and after surgical operations. Meals are included.

3. Doctors room visit  

is doctors help provided in the hotel room to the guest who due to illness or health condition is unable to visit the clinic / medical center.

4. Dental services

can be provided in the dental department of the nearest medical center supplied with the most modern equipment and materials. The scope of services usually includes general and surgical treatment, X- ray diagnostic, local anesthetic, dental deposits removal, general treatment of parodontium, and prosthetic repair and dental cosmetic treatment.

5. Emergency transportation and emergency hospitalization

FIRST CARE can provide emergency transportation inside Sharm El Sheikh or throughout Egypt by our private cars or intensive care ambulances with a brigade trained in advanced life support. New ambulances are fully equipped including respiratory set (O² pump, ventilator, electronic suction, and nebulizer), cardiac set (D.C, ECG monitor, and pulse ox meter), all kind of stretchers, A.C. We offer as well comfortable in- patient care either in our medical center or Sharm International Hospital.

6. Repatriation and medical escort

Our international medical brigade is ready to accompany patient onboard of the plane. The brigade consists of an Egyptian doctor with a valid visa to Russia, the Ukraine and Belorussia plus a qualified Russian nurse and / or Ukrainian doctor assistant. At their disposal there is a portable unit for cardiac and respiratory cases, including portable D.C and monitor, portable ventilator with compressor, portable pulse ox meter, oxygen pump unit, and disposable stretchers. All units are working with rechargeable battery for at least 6- 12 hours.

7. General Practice health care

Our patients are provided with traditional family care: immunization, family planning and a well- person clinic. In addition, patients have access to the local clinical laboratory and imaging services, which provide X- ray, ultrasound, MRI, CT scan, etc. These facilities and services are provided in our laboratory and in collaboration with Sharm International Hospital, availing the patient a wide range of tests and guaranteeing efficient clinical investigation.

8. Employees health program

Includes pre- employment screening, regular medical checkups, vaccinations, medical and neurological examination, emergency medical services for employees.  

9. First Aid training programs

FIRST CARE offers First Aid training from 'Basic ' to 'Advanced' level of internationally recognized standards with the accreditation from the Egyptian Ministry of Health. The courses can be designed in accordance with the specific needs of our clients. Trainers can conduct training in Arabic as well as in English.
